Below you will find information that answers some of the most common questions we get asked. If you have additional questions we encourage you to contact us as well.

While we are confident we have the best pricing in the industry, if you currently pay less (including special supplier pricing) contact us and we will work to establish more favorable pricing & terms for you.

PRINTING

PRINT AREAS:

Most items can be printed in more than one location. For a complete list of available imprint areas, please visit the item page. Each print area is maximized for optimal size when considering the curvature and other limiting factors of that particular item. Many, if not most, are the largest in the industry.

RUN CHARGES:

All prices listed in the catalog include 1st color / 1st location printing. Additional colors and locations are $0.25(V) ea. Orders involving multiple locations (6 sided cube), may be discounted further. Please inquire. All stock shapes are limited to 1 or 2 color printing. Special Order and Custom Shaped orders are available with full color printing.

SETUP CHARGES:

In order to achieve a crisp print on every item we create metal plates resulting in a setup charge. New artwork on stock shapes will incur a $35(V) setup per color/location. New artwork on special order shapes will incur a $60(V) setup per location (no charge per color for these items). Repeat artwork on the same item is discounted to $15(V) setup charge for stock and special order shapes. Setup charges for custom shaped orders will depend on artwork. Please inquire.

STANDARD IMPRINT C OLORS AVAILABLE

PANTONE MATCHING:

We can match any Pantone (PMS) color. Available on stock, special order and custom shaped items for $35(V) per color.

PRODUCTION TIMES & SHIPPING

STANDARD PRODUCTION:

All stock items have a standard production time of 5 business days from the date of payment and art proof approval. Certain large quantity or complex two color artwork orders may require additional time. We’ll always give you advanced notice to discuss options, if necessary.

3 DAY & NEXT DAY RUSHES:

We offer 3 and next business day rush service on all stock items. 3 day rush: $60(V), next day rush: $125(V). Orders must be placed and artwork received by 5:00PM EST or will be considered placed the next business day. Same day service is available to New York City, New Jersey and Philadelphia on all stock items. Please inquire for pricing.

BLANK ORDERS:

Blank orders, or those without any printing, will usually ship the next business day but can be shipped same business day, provided we have time to prepare it before our UPS / FedEx pickup. Please inquire if time is of the essence.

SPECIAL ORDER:

All special order items require additional time. They are custom made from existing molds on an order by order basis. Typical lead time is 3-5 weeks but may be flexible.

CUSTOM SHAPES:

Custom shaped stress balls require approx. 5-7 weeks from start to delivery.

SHIPPING METHODS:

All orders will ship by UPS or FedEx, as determined by our shipping schedule. If you would like to ship with your UPS or FedEx account please note on purchase order. A $2.75 charge per order will apply to cover shipping supply costs. We also ship via DHL, USPS, courier service and freight service upon request. There may be additional charges incurred for these services.

OUT OF STOCK:

We strive to keep all stock stress balls on hand at all times. On the rare occasion we are out of stock of a particular color or shape, we will notify you ASAP and work with you to minimize any delays, including providing alternate solutions. However, we cannot be held accountable for out of stock issues when notification was provided in a timely manner.

APO ADDRESSES:

We proudly ship to all APO addresses at no additional cost.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:

We routinely ship internationally and can ship to all countries listed by the U.S. Government as currently legal to do so. When shipping internationally, please note that there may be customs and duties charges incurred by the receiving nation’s governments. The customer is ultimately responsible for payment of these fees. No cancellation or return will be permitted as a result of a delay or rejection because of customs or duties delays or costs.

ADDRESS CHANGES / CORRECTIONS:

Usually, but not always, an address can be changed up to the day of shipping. There is a $40(V) labor charge for address changes after the art proof is approved. Please double check all addresses as UPS & FedEx will charge for incorrect or incomplete addresses. If this occurs, the charge will be the customer’s responsibility and billed accordingly.

CALENDAR:

Our sales team and production dept. follow the UPS business day calendar. We’re open and count all smaller holidays as business days (Columbus Day, etc.); but are closed for major holidays including: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve.

PROOFS & ARTWORK

FREE ART CONVERSION:

While vector files are preferred (.ai, .eps) we accept all file formats (.jpg, .pdf, .doc, etc) and will convert to high resolution FREE of charge for a stress free process.

FREE GRAPHIC DESIGN:

Our Art Dept. is your Art Dept. We are your go-to source for typsetting, reformatting, sizing changes, layout recommendations, etc. Our FREE graphic design is a welcome help to your busy schedule.

FREE PROOFS:

We provide FREE digital proofs for all stock and special order shapes before any order is printed and also can provide it before you order upon request.

CUSTOM SHAPED PROOFS:

We offer the chance to see a digital proof of your future custom shape prior to ordering. Due to the hours involved with our U.S.-based artists, there is a $200 (V) design fee for any custom shaped digital proof that will be deducted from your future order.

SAMPLES:

If you would like to request a FREE randomly imprinted sample of one of our stock or special order shapes, please email samples@stressrelievers.com. Must provide UPS or FedEx acount number. Otherwise, we will send via USPS.

FULFILLMENT OPTIONS

DROP SHIPPING:

We can split up your order and ship to as many addresses as needed. Drop ship 1-3 addresses: FREE, 4–49: $12(V) handling (per location), 50-99: $10(V) handling (per location), 100+: please inquire. Actual shipping charges are separate from handling charges. We ship via UPS, FedEx, US Postal Service or Freight.

WAREHOUSING:

Want to benefit from volume pricing but don’t have room for all the boxes? We’ll warehouse them in our facility and ship as needed in batches as low as 250 pcs.

ASSEMBLY & PACKAGING:

We assemble items into sets, like the building blocks, and prepare multi-item packs, including items not provided by us. All items can be individually or group polybagged in any quantity or provided in custom, full color packaging.

VOLUME & BLANKET PRICING:

If you have a demand for our items that extends beyond a single project, contact us for volume and blanket pricing. We’ll work with you to gain increased savings while giving us a predictable production schedule.

PAYMENT

FORMS OF PAYMENT:

Production times start once we have art proof approval and payment secured. Payment secured is defined as either full payment via credit card, check, wire/ACH or approved credit terms in good standing with our company.

CREDIT CARDS:

NET 30 TERMS:

All interested parties can apply for Net 30 terms by requesting and filling out our credit application. We do not accept preprinted data sheets from customers. Approval is not guaranteed. Please allow 3 business days min. for review. Net 30 starts from the ship date on stock & special order items and from the date of proof approval for custom shaped orders (not from the ship date). Net 30 is limited to U.S. based companies only.

PREPAID CHECKS / WIRES / ACH:

To pay via wire, ACH, or to pay in advance via prepaid check please contact our sales team for an exact quote and/or instructions.

US DOLLARS:

All prices, quotes, invoices, and payments are in USD. We can provide a courtesy quote in another currency but this is for info purposes only.

OTHER INFO

CUSTOM SHAPES + COLORS:

We have many years of extensive experience creating any shape imaginable into a stress ball for some of the world’s leading brands. All stock items can be ordered in a custom color or paint design. The minimum is 1000 pcs and priced higher than catalog pricing. Production time is approximately 3-6 weeks. Email custom@stressrelievers.com for questions and exact quotes.

UNDER MINIMUM:

Depending on our printing schedule, we can sometimes print under minimum quantities (50 pc is absolute min.) of any of our stock shapes. There is a $75(V) charge for all under minimum orders. Does not include special order or custom shapes.

OVER / UNDERRUNS:

We print all orders at exact quantities. If a situation arises where an under or overrun occurs we will contact you immediately and never bill you without speaking first.

PRICING:

All pricing in this catalog is accurate through December 31, 2020. If you are reading this after that date, please check our website at stressrelievers.com for up-to-date pricing.

TRADEMARK:

By sending us your order to print, you are certifying that you have legal permission to use any trademarks that may be printed and will legally defend or pay to defend National Stressballs Corp. against any legal claims by any party. Usage of the trademarks or company names in this catalog is for display purposes and does not convey an explicit endorsement by those brands.

SALES TAX:

Sales tax is charged on shipments to NJ and other select states. If you possess a valid resale certificate in the state in question, please send to us to adjust your sales tax accordingly.

SAFETY:

All products are routinely tested for safety and pass certification testing. They are not meant for children under 3 or pets as they may pose a choking hazard. All stress balls should be used only for squeezing and no other use is marketed or warrantied.

CANCELLATIONS:

There will be no cancellation fee if done so before art proof is approved, after which cancellations are not possible. All special order and custom shaped orders must be canceled before art proof approval AND within 6 weeks of order placement to avoid cancellation fee up to 30% of the order value.

CLAIMS:

Our standards are of the highest quality to ensure your order will match the art proof provided or we will replace the damaged pieces. All claims must be opened within 45 days of receiving your order.
